Abstract
As a result, the meaning of health as a political category is the phenomenon of interaction and mutual Joining stratification of homogeneous and heterogeneous positive, objective and subjective, internal and external factors, conditions and causes aimed at harmonious interaction politically educated individuals in politically developed society, which evolves according to the laws change, where the government performs its functions, activities of social and political institutions and political processes aimed at achieving the common good. Public health is an important economic and social potential of the country, due to the influence of various environmental factors. Thus, there is need to integrate through the integration of biological, psychological and social categories - health.
