CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS AND PECULIARITIES OF CARDIOEMBOLIC STROKE IN PATIENTS WITH IMPAIRED OF FIBRINOLYS SYSTEM

Abstract
This study discusses the clinical features of cardioembolic stroke in patients with impaired fibrinolys system . As a result of this research, we have found that cardioembolic stroke often occurs from 06.00 to 11.59 h ( 49.1% of patients), accompanied by a reduction of plasma t-PA, is characterized by neurological deficits moderate severity, which indicates the worst level of recovery at 14-th day compared with patients with atherothrombotic stroke (6,3 ± 0,7 points and 2,5 ± 0,6 points for NIHSS, respectively)
