Hemifasial Spazm İle Prezente Olan Tip 1 Chiari Malformasyonu

Abstract
Tip 1 Chiari malformasyonu olan hastalar değişik semptomlarla prezente olabilirler. Genellikle baş ağrısı ile müracaat ederler. Bununla birlikte atipik prezentasyonlar da görülebilir. Biz burada 27 yaşında, 5 yıldır olan sağ yüz yarısında kasılma ile polikliniğimize başvuran bir olgu sunuyoruz. Hastanın hemifasial spazmı Tip 1 Chiari malformasyonu ile ilişkilendirildi.
