HGCDTE PHOTODIODES FOR INFRARED MID-WAVELENGTH REGION
Journal Title: Сенсорна електроніка і мікросистемні технології - Year 2016, Vol 13, Issue 1
Abstract
HgCdTe photodiodes of relatively large area (Ø = 0.5 mm) for mid-wave infrared region (MWIR) were fabricated on the base of liquid phase epitaxial layers. Characteristics of these photodiodes were estimated to be applicable as those working in background limited performance (BLIP) mode. It was shown that in spectral range of atmospheric transparency λ = 3 to 5 µm obtained dynamical resistance of HgCdTe photodiodes allow to realize their detectivity D* that are restricted by fluctuations of background radiation with specific power of photon fluxes Weff ≈ 3.3·10-4 - 4.4·10-5 W/cm2

SENSORS ON THE BASE OF ZNMGSE
Effect of Mg diffusion on photoelectrical and luminescence properties of Zn0,88Mg0,12Se have been investigated. It was found that doping substance exhibits the properties of isovalent impurities. It causes an inversion o...
APPLICATION OF TEMPERATURE SENSORS FOR IMPROVING THE DEVICE BASED ON THE PHENOMENON OF SURFACE PLASMON RESONANCE
The device based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR) is used to determine the refraction index of liquids. At the same time, it is known that the value of this index depends on the temperature of this liquid. Therefore, t...
QUANTUM-CHEMICAL INVESTIGATIONS OF RUBRENE COMPLEXES WITH STEARIC ACID AND POLYMETHYLMETACRYLATE IN PREDICTION OF LANGMUIROGENICITY
The results of quantum chemical studies of the energy of interaction between the molecules of rubrene and stearic acid, as well as rubren and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) are presented. Studies have shown that rubrene...

OPTIMIZATION OF AMPEROMETRIC BIOSENSOR FOR EVALUATION OF RATE OF GLUTAMATE UPTAKE BY ISOLATED BRAIN NERVE TERMINALS
An amperometric glutamate biosensor was developed and adapted for analysis of velocity of glutamate uptake by isolated nerve terminals of rat’s brain. Glutamate oxidase was used for creation of biomembrane of the biosens...
