High efficient column packings – research and application

Abstract
High efficient ring-structured and constructional column packings, i.e. ring-structured leaf packing (PSL), ring-structured needle packing (PSI), constructional plano-parallel packing (WKPR) and constructional channel packing (WKK), tested and developed at the Institute of Chemical and Process Engineering, Cracow University of Technology, have been presented in this paper. Some selected data of tests and exemplary applications have been described.
