HISTORICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF ROBBERY AS A SOCIALLY DANGEROUS PHENOMENON

Abstract
The article reviews principle issues of legislation development about criminal amenability of robbery. The essence of given crime in different periods of develop- ment of criminal legislation are analyzed. The essential stages of development and change of robbery in history are determined.
