Historical and legal characteristics of the Crimea’s status within the period of the Ukrainian Central Rada’s reign (1917 – 1918)

Abstract

The article deals with the issues concerning the Crimea’s legal status definition in 1917–1918 according to the laws adopted by the Ukrainian Central Rada which had been exercising its jurisdiction over the Crimea within the following period.
