Historical and psychological preconditions the emergence of hybrid wars

Abstract
This article examines the historical chronology of the modernization of the armed conflict on the background of geopolitical confrontation between the most powerful countries in the world. Basic preconditions and the nature of “hybrid wars” one of the greatest threats of our time. The analysis of the use of aggression by the parties of technologies to manipulate public consciousness by means of mass communication.
