Historical legal analysis of administrative legal norms in the leading countries of the European Union

Abstract
The article reveals approaches to codification of administrative legislation, formed in the leading countries of the European Union within the period of XVIII –XXI centuries, that have special interest for introduction of the applied methods and methodology to codification of administrative legal norms, their introduction into law-drafting activity of domestic executive authorities. Author has described the main historical periods of administrative legal norms codification in France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Spain, Austria. Here have been shown modern approach to codification activity by a specially designated Supreme commission on codification in France, and proposed to implement in Ukraine separate methodics and methods for improvement of codification activity.
