Issues of personal data usage and protection under conditions of the threat to the interests of national security

Abstract
The article reveals issues of usage and protection for personal data under condi- tions of the threat to the interests of national security of Ukraine. Special attention is paid to the defined legislative drawbacks regarding participation of non-governmen- tal organizations in providing national safety of the state. Here`ve been proposed the detailed proposals to solving the discussed issues by amending the Law of Ukraine “On personal data protection”.
