The review of doctrinal principles of science and the field of administrative law of Ukraine

Abstract
The research paper covers the basic directions of the development of science and the field of administrative law. The main of them are: the subject of administrative law, the system of sources, relationships and rules of administrative law. Particular at- tention is paid to the principles of administrative law. The experience of European countries in the development of principles of administrative law is investigated. The place and importance of the rule of law in the field of science and administrative law is viewed. The importance of revision of doctrinal principles of science and the field of administrative law is examined.
