Abstract
In the article the basic directions of relations between the state and the church under the influence of historical development and regional characteristics. Such relations are the subject of the constitutionally-legal adjusting, but have a row of historical-legal features. The modern constitutionally-legal adjusting is mainly sent to fixing and confession of right of conscience and religion.
