HISTORICAL RHYTHM OF COMMONWEALTH VALUES: SOCIAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
It is considered, through the prism of socio-philosophical ideas, the evolution of universal human values. The value type of world understanding, which is the basic construction of the modern democratic worldview, is explored. It is noted since universal values have the form of the most general principles; hence, it is impossible to single out the basic and significant for human existence.
