Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the sense of justice as a philosophical and legal phenomenon that reaches the ancient times, including the mythological and religious world view, according to which the social order should generate cosmic and natural order, based on the ideology of cosmological myths that negatively assess chaos and disorder.
