Abstract
This article discusses the scientific work devoted to the study of the tragedy of the Ukrainian people in 1932 – 1933 years. We give a systematic analysis of the creation of the Ukrainian scientists systematic methodological campaign to create a sound concept for the application of inhuman policies that led to the death of millions Ukrainian peasants. It reveals the totalitarian and inhuman nature of the Soviet regime
