Hochschulen in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland um die Wende vom 20. zum 21. Jahrhundert; eine Studie über die Regeln ihres Funktionierens

Abstract
Der Text enthält eine allgemeine Beschreibung des deutschen Schulsystems auf der Hochschulstufe unter Berücksichtigung der Kulturhoheit der Länder. Der Artikel beginnt mit einer kurzen Darstellung der Entstehungsgeschichte von Universitäten; er enthält auch gesetzliche Regelungen hinsichtlich des heutigen Funktionierens der Hochschulen. Als Grundlage der Beschreibung diente die Exemplifizierung von Richtlinien, welche die Tätigkeit der Hochschulen im Bundesland Hessen regeln. Der Text enthält auch die im Zusammenhang mit dieser Problematik stehenden statistischen Daten.
