HOTELARIA HOSPITALAR: UM MODELO PARA IMPLANTAÇÃO

Abstract
This paper aims to provide a schematic line for implementing the Hospital Hospitality sector in hospital settings. Starting with a review of models of management in hospitality and services, it is intended to familiarize the reader with similarities between hotel companies and hospitals and how they can add competitive advantages to hospitals. This article uses the model proposed by Zanovello and Guimarães, providing tools for professionals interested in this subject in a didatic manner.
