How to Overcome Stress and Anxiety from COVID-19?

Abstract
The novel coronaviruscontinues to spread, infected cases continue to rise, and the long Covid is a major cause for concern. We are all exhausted and worn out from this type of overwhelming news, and we are very concerned about the future: will we still have a normal life? TheCOVID-19-induced psychological stress makes us feel as if we are walking on thin ice. How to overcome? So the strategic maneuvers are required to manage and overcome the potential dangers posed by daily stress.
