HR Role to Manage Work Place Stress for Employee Well Being

Abstract
Various factors that cause workplace stress on employees are discussed in this paper. HR policies enable to change the culture orientation of an organization, to reduce the stress levels of the employees and to improve the organizational commitment and productivity of the employees are also studied.
