Human capital in ensuring economic security of the country

Abstract
The circumstances, manifestations and strengthening of real economic threats to the security of the country are analyzed. The proposals to enhance the human potential as a mechanism to neutralize the threat to the security of the objective development, enhancement of human capital are presented. It has been shown that human capital is the stock of knowledge, skills, experience tends to build up not only in the investment process, but also the material and moral change.
