Interrelations of labor potential reproduction and competitiveness of farming enterprises

Abstract
The article gives a scientific generalization of theoretical and practical fundamentals concerning reproduction of labor potential of farming enterprises. Implementation of the fundamentals will secure development of farming activity, supporting continuity of operations, achievement of competitive advantages by them, flourishing of rural communities and improvement of living standards for rural population. The aim of the research is to determine particularities and develop proposals concerning reproduction of labor potential of farming enterprises in order to increase their competitive capacity. Peculiarities of reproduction of labor potential of farming enterprises are argued with consideration of the social function of farming business, demographic crisis in villages, minimization of human labor, caused by introduction of innovative technologies. It is confirmed that quantity tendencies of farming enterprises and employed workers cannot be considered a crucial factor for decrease of unemployment on rural territory, and the salary, at its minimum level, cannot be a source of labor potential reproduction. Putting of specialized education on the back position has forced the situation when farming business feels a sufficiency deficiency of professional machine operators, operators of equipment, etc. Reproduction of labor potential of farming business is possible by liquidation of imbalance in the branch structure by means of growth of labor-intensive branches with all-year round employment, particularly small-scale animal breeding at family farms, as well as a wider use of labor of the members of farming enterprises outside agricultural production, increase of professional-branch and territorial mobility of rural population, improvement of the innovative constituent of labor and social protection of employees and members of farming enterprises.
