Abstract

The article deals with theoretical and methodical aspects of strategic regulation of economic dynamics in the industrial sector of the national economy. The application of the principle of distribution and unevenness of the economic growth process in industry and its institutional policy in time is proposed and grounded. The principle of increasing the efficiency of economic development in the industrial sector of the national economy is disclosed. The principle of the necessity of the state institutional regulation of the development of the national economy is considered, taking into account the planned restrictions and requirements to its qualitative landmarks. The application of the principle of adaptive system of instrumental provision of strategic regulation of economic dynamics in the industrial sector of the national economy to the changing conditions of development is proposed. The principle of increasing the efficiency of institutions as an aggregate subject of regulation and the principle of scientific and methodological substantiation of the institutional regulation strategy is explored. The basic aspects of the development of methodological provision of strategic regulation of economic dynamics in the industrial sector of the national economy are the priority of national interests of the subjects of the industrial sector, society and financial and economic security of the country. State institutions should ensure economic growth and development of the industrial sector of the national economy at the expense of full implementation of their socioeconomic functions, taking into account the proposed conceptual and methodological principles and regulations necessary for compliance, in order to ensure the effective development of segmental components of the macroeconomic environment of the country. The introduction of the proposed system of principles of strategic regulation of the economic dynamics of the development of the national economy and its segments will enable the formation of an effective comprehensive system of state regulation of the quality of economic development, in particular in the industry.
