Human Development and Quality of Higher Education (Comparative Study Using Banal Data)

Abstract
Since the beginning of the sixties of the last century, special attention is given by the researchers in economics at the quality of the workforce in the formation of human capital. Investment in human capital, currently, explains a good part of the wealth creation in developed countries. As such, education expenditure explains in part the accumulation of human capital and the creation of wealth. This paper focuses on the role played by the quality of higher education on the accumulation of human capital in some countries. A try of an econometric modeling is tempted by the panel data.
