Human Resources Strategic Management Model by Fuzzy Network Analysis Techniques and SWOT

Abstract

The aim of strategic management of human resources is creation of the prospect in order to specify the essential issues related to the employee. This research was conducted in Merinos Company in Iran. At first, the most influential internal and external elements were detected with the help of the techniques of strategy formulation. Then using the Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) matrix, we formulated the primary organizational strategies. This research uses the Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (ANP), which allows the quantitative analysis of SWOT and measurement of the dependency among the factors. Dependency among the SWOT factors is observed to affect strategies and sub-factor weights, as well as to change the strategy priorities. On one hand, it is because of the qualitative nature of conducted research on human resources and its related strategies and uncertainty in dealing with any of the facing options, on the other hand,it is tied to use fuzzy logic concepts and its combination with network analysis methods. Statistical population of research is 15 people. Sample selection is judgmental and generalizability is not considered in the decision-making issues, but providing a solution to make the right decision is expected.
