Humanitarian and political security and communicative challenges in modern geopolitics

Abstract
The article analyzes the crisis in humanitarian and political spheres of the contemporary world. Special attention is paid to the underlying geopolitical transformation processes and the rapid development of information and communication technologies that fundamentally changed the existence of modern social and political systems, means of their performance and safety.
