World decentration and trends separatism through the prism of postglobalism

Abstract

The general grounds of separatism and its features in the Post-Global condition of ecumene are analysed. Its relationship with the processes of all-world decentration is demonstrated. The specialities of regional geostrategy’s re-actualization are examined.
