"Hybrid War" and its impact on defense human rights and democratic values in Ukraine

Abstract
In the article the basic principles and conceptual approaches to the concept of “hybrid warfare”. It is noted that the current globalization processes in the world and the influence on the emergence of new conflicts. Analyzed the phenomenon of “hybrid war” in Ukraine and its impact on the formation of moral values and the protection of fundamental human rights.
