HYBRID WARFARE: THE RUSSIAN-UKRAINIAN CONFRONTATION

Abstract
Despite a number of evidence the presence of Russian troops on Ukrainian territory, Russian Federation stubbornly refused to recognize this fact that gives rise to the Ukrainian side to consider the said armed conflict as a hybrid warfare. The threat of a hybrid warfare, which lasted from February 2014 – a partial or complete loss of sovereignty of the Ukrainian state. All attempts by the international diplomacy proved inadequate, because were not able to resolve the conflict in eastern Ukraine, fighting continues, there are significant inconsistencies between Ukraine and Russia to resolve this military confrontation. In addition, the unstable situation in the world – the aggravation of international terrorism, migration crisis in Europe, the introduction of Russian troops in Syria – diverted world attention from the conflict in the Donbas, which complicates further opportunities consent Ukraine and Russia.
