Hydrothermal index of agricultural crop’s insurance

Abstract
We grounded theoretical and methodological suggestions and practical recommendations for improvement and increase of effectiveness current practice of the insurance system of crops. We also ordered the using of economically feasible approach implementation in verdure insurance, in particular, using of hydrothermal index in quality of the influence of uniformity in time atmospheric humidity and temperature on the yield of winter wheat. It will improve the objectivity of weather insurance, which is simpler and clearer than other insurance products, reduce the level of abuse, and will increase the insurers’ admission to insurance of agricultural crops. Owing to decrease the administrative costs to monitoring and evaluation of the damage and reduce the cost of this insurance due to higher volumes and standardization of insurance contracts.
