[i][b]The Theoretical Fundaments of Property Transformations[/b][/i]

Abstract
The author presents a few key global theoretical concepts that point out the need for privatisation and the conditions for it to happen. The aim is to search for the theoretical foundations of the transformation and privatisation of Poland. The subjects discussed are: the theory of property rights, the influence of the market of managers, the influence of the financial market, the influence of the information market, the theory of the pursuit of pensions, the theory of prices, the theory of transaction costs. The text ends with conclusions of the author, who puts forward the call for creating a theory of costs of the transformation from a command economy to a market economy.
