IDEA OF AGRICULTURAL COOPERATION IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE PARTY SOCIALISTS-REVOLUTIONARIES

Abstract
In the article, the attempt to show the practical implementation of the ideas of cooperation in the activities of the party of socialists-revolutionaries after the revolutionary events of 1905–1907 agrarian program of the PSR was based on the idea of socialization of the land provided for a gradual co-operation of agriculture in the framework prevailing in the country capitalist relations. It was thought that the cooperative enterprise would be economically undermine the existing system. Strengthening the government’s repression, combined with the Stolypin agrarian reform in the background of the decline of the revolution, and forced the leadership of the social revolutionaries to seek new forms and methods of struggle. Moreover, the more the Stolypin reforms undermine communal ownership of land, especially the opinion of the socialist-revolutionaries were focused on cooperation as a means of combating governmental actions. Cooperation and the cooperative movement were in the view of theorists of the party of socialistsrevolutionaries and occupied in the agricultural program is one of the leading places. Resolution of the social revolutionaries, with the downturn of the revolutionary movement, encouraged and urged to use as legal cover for the activities of party organizations in the village cooperative institutions. Although in theory, cooperation has continued to remain one of the main means of transition to the socialist system in the countryside.
