Identification and Prioritizing of the Factors Affecting the Implementation of CRM System in Iran Insurance Industry )Case Study of Asia Insurance Company(

Abstract
This study examines the factors affecting the implementation of “customer relationship management” (CRM) system in “Asia Insurance Company” (AIC). The research formed based on this question that given the importance of CRM execution, whether insurance companies such as AIC are ready to implement this system or not?. During the tests that were accomplished based on questionnaire results of the factors affecting the implementation of CRM, sufficient evidence for having readiness in the field of the implementation of CRM in AIC about any of the four factors of “technology, process, people, and organizational structure and form” were not found. As can be inferred from research, the organizational form and structure has earned the lowest score and therefore it had the most importance, so showed that AIC in the organizational form and structure had more weaknesses than the other dimensions. In subsequent cases placed people, technology, and processes orderly.
