IDENTIFICATION OF INFLUENCE OF DIAGNOSTIC CONSULTING PROJECTS ON ACTIVITY OF ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The peculiarities of identification of the influence of the diagnosed consulting projects on the activity of the enterprisecustomer are considered. The list of objects of influence, which includes: control system, system of communications, personnel, sales and research, is formed. The groups of identifiers of influence for each of the five objects, which feel the influence of the diagnosed consulting project, are proposed. The criteria of the successfulness of the consulting project are presented. The parameters of the dynamic models of the identifiers of influence of the diagnosed consulting project are determined.
