Abstract
In article the assessment of a modern social and economic, ecological and demographic situation on village is given. Experience of progress of problem rural territories in the industrialized countries, based on innovative strategy of progress is considered. Main principles of management are offered by innovative progress of agricultural territory which will assist growth of volumes of manufacture of agricultural production.
