FEATURES OF APPLICATION OF THE POSTENCLASSICAL APPROACH IN THE PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGY

Abstract
The set of objective economic laws forming the basis of productivity management methodology is considered. The contradiction of the methodological basis of the study of the dynamics of productivity of socio-economic systems in unstable economic conditions is found. The prospects for updating the methodological basis of science “Productivity Management” are outlined in the context of the post-classical approach, which emphasizes the multivariate development of human-dimensional socio-economic systems. The feasibility of using an interdisciplinary approach and synergistic tools in the process of productivity management is substantiated.
