IDENTIFY AND ANALYZE PROBLEMS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the peculiarities of management and supervision of state enterprises, analyzing advantages and disadvantages of the conventional approaches. Used general scientific methods: the method of abstraction to imaginary highlight the most significant aspects in the management of public enterprises and deviations from minor parties and properties, analysis and synthesis for the disclosure of management of public enterprises, method of induction and deduction for total and partial conclusions about the management of public enterprises to based on individual facts and general provisions. Also, the article suggests new approaches and measures to improve management of public enterprises, coverage of conflict between the provisions of the legal framework of management of public enterprises and methodological approaches.
