Identifying the antecedents of wisdom management in organizations

Abstract
The place of reason in managing and examining the fields of benefiting from it is one of the issues that has received a lot of attention today. In this regard, wisdom management is an approach that emphasizes the use of knowledge, experiences and correct understanding in the decision-making and management process. This management model is effective for the successful achievement of organizational goals by promoting deep understanding and effectiveness in decision-making. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the antecedents of wisdom management in organizations. This research is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the present study consists of experts consisting of management professors of Lorestan province universities, among whom 30 people were selected as sample members using the purposeful sampling method and based on the principle of theoretical saturation. The data collection tool in the qualitative part of the research is an interview and in the quantitative part is a questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, in the qualitative part, the content analysis approach was used using Atlas.ti software, and in the quantitative part, the fuzzy cognitive map method was used. The validity and reliability of the research interview was confirmed using content validity and theoretical validity and intra-coder inter-coder reliability. Also, the validity and reliability of the research questionnaire was measured by content and retest validity. The findings of the research showed that the most important antecedents of wisdom management in organizations are having human-cognitive skills with a central index (26/45), promotion based on competence with a central index (26/27), problem solving ability (25/57). , manager's knowledge and experience (25/56), strong learning ability (25/44) and lack of dependence on power sources with central index (25/09).
