Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the philosophical and legal principles as the ideological expression of the value hierarchy soldier. The attention to the fact that the value of philosophical principles for the serviceman is that they are the original reference in his professional activity, which is to protect human, ensuring social stability and protection of the state.
