IGNITION AND COMBUSTION OF CHARCOAL PARTICLES IN NITROGEN-OXYGEN MIXTURES AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. PART II ANALYTIC JUSTIFICATION

Journal Title: Физика аэродисперсных систем - Year 2018, Vol 0, Issue 55

Abstract

A theoretical substantiation of a porous charcoal particle behavior, which burns in still air at room temperature, is carried out. It is shown that the presence of the ash layer on the particle's surface arising in the combustion process leads to qualitative features of the change in temperature and particle diameter.
