Illegal influence on the outcomes of official sporting events: problems of the qualification

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of illegal influence on the outcomes of official sporting events. In the article all elements of the crime provided for in Art. 369-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine were investigated and analyzed. The article contains recommen-dations for improving the qualification of this criminal offense.
