Abstract

Thepurposeofthepresentconceptualpaperistoidentifytheelementsofonlinebrandbuilding,basedonaliteraturereviewandminicasestudiesofsuccessfulbrands.Itisbasedonathoroughanalyticalreviewofliteratureandanextensiveweb-basedsearch.Theavailableliteratureononlinebrandbuildingpresentsmanydifferentideasaboutthedomain.Thestudyaimsatdelineatingtheconceptofonlinebrandbuilding.Itfindsthatbrand-buildingeffortsneedtobealignedwiththechangingtechnologyandprovidesabasisfortheformulationandimplementationofonlinebranding strategies.
