IMPACT OF TECHNOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF PRODUCTION OF FIBROUS COMPOSITE MATERIALS WITH INJECTING RESIN UNDER PRESSURE INSIDE THE FORMS

Abstract

The paper discusses and attempts to analyze the impact of technological methods of forming fibrous composite materials (FCM) epoxy matrix (LH 289) on the quality of the obtained laminates with different participation and the type of reinforcement. Presented aspects and the differences in production methods FCM injection of resin under pressure into the mold cavity for example, the infusion methods and vacuum bag. In this paper for estimating parameters (τ lok., σmax) defining the strength FCM model was used weakest micro volume based on ineffective (critical - Lkr) the length of the gain. The model assumes that the three layer composite consists of components having an individual physico -mechanical properties. It was found that the destruction of hybrid composites done by decapitation and the boundary interface of the resin layer between two layers of carbon biaxal (with an angle of ± 45 ° fiber orientation), which was a layer of glass fabric. The model calculation provides the unified position, a tool for coordinated description of strength. It is shown that the model gives relatively good results.<br/><br/>
