Impact of transients in case of pursuit system technical means exploration on efficiency process changes

Abstract
In the process of technical system functioning of technical equipments of reconnaissance in the contraction conditions, attention was draw by the additional factors. It was expected that in case of means of defense and contraction changes by opposing parties the system alternation is taken place immediately. But in real time transition to new equivalent of effectiveness is con-ducted in accordance to some function that describes transition process of effectiveness chang-es. The kind of indicated function depends on participants of defense and contraction means. This work is dedicated to the problems of impact of transients on the effectiveness changes in case of pursuit of contraction means used by the enemy’s technical reconnaissance equipments system
