IMPACTO DE LAS EVALUACIONES INTERNACIONALES EN LAS POLÍTICAS CURRICULARES: LA EDUCACIÓN SECUNDARIA OBLIGATORIA EN ESPAÑA

Abstract
Through the analysis of legislative changes in Obligatory Secondary Education (ESO: Educación Secundaria Obligatoria) in Spain, analysis is made of the relation, nature, and impact of the international evaluations (concretely PISA) of students in educational policies and, concretely, in the curricular form of this period of obligatory education. Thus, these changes are related with the neoliberal processes of privatization and standardization promoted by transnational organizations via an agenda structured globally through international evaluations. These evaluations determine, in a gradual way, educational policies, contents, and methods.
