ИМПЛЕМЕНТАЦИЯ ТРЕНДОВ ЦИФРОВИЗАЦИИ ЭКОНОМИКИ В ВЫСОКОТЕХНОЛОГИЧНЫЙ АГРОБИЗНЕС

Abstract
Zhudro M.M. The implementation of trends of digitizing the economy into high-tech agribusiness. The article outlines the key trends in the development of digital or precise agriculture and precise livestock breeding; and the tools for their implementation into the high-tech agribusiness are substantiated. The priority directions of its technological robotization, which “started” very actively at the beginning of the 21st century, are proposed. The formation of the information infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex is also proposed in the article. In the process of the research the modern problems and perspectives for the development of the agro-industrial complex and the necessity to transform the managerial system of the high-tech, robotized agribusiness, taking into account the specifics of its practical application for the large agro-industrial organizations of the Belarus Republic have been established. First of all, the objective necessity for digitizing the agriculture in the Republic of Belarus is due to the fact that the agriculture is a traditional, but at the same time, very sensitive to the innovations sector of the economy. At the same time, in the course of the research it has been established that the perspective large-scale innovative development of the precise or digital agriculture of the Belarus Republic should be formed by integrating two concepts: 1) a multifunctional mission of digital agriculture in the society and 2) the development of the high-tech and high-income jobs both in agribusiness and in the related sectors of the rural economy; and this development should be based on the digitizing. Based on a thorough study of the priority directions of the agrarian policy of the improving and forming the optimal structure for the perspective and competitive development of the republic’s agro-industrial complex, the author of the article proves that the high technologies based on the digitizing of all the industrial and social elements and complexes are the key factor for the realization of these directions.
