IMPLEMENTATION AND MODELLING OF FAST MEDIAN FILTERING

Abstract

In this article has been proposed the use of a modified median filter that uses partitioning vector data, which is processed in blocks.Has been proposed a hardware-software and hardware implementation of the modified median filter. Experiments have shown the effectiveness of the filter by removing noise criterion for the probability impulse noise removal
