IMPLEMENTATION OF A MECHANISM FOR TRANSFER OF TECHNOLOGIES IN THE INDUSTRY: EXPERIENCE AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
This article is devoted determination of essence and generalization of theoretical and practical foreign experience concerning the implementation process of technology transfer in the industry, because the dynamics of scientific and technological progress of the modern world requires a new perspective on the implementation process of technological exchange as a purely national, and international level. Given this, the priority task of every economic system that aims at innovation and technological development, should not only infrastructure, but also the adaptation of norms of international law to transfer the relevant rules of the national regulatory framework, namely the implementation of the implementation. In accordance with the above, in this article the results of theoretical analysis of existing models of implementation of technology transfer, on the basis of what formed its domestic version.
