IMPLEMENTATION OF CUSTOM FORMALITIES IN RELATION TO SHIPS OF COASTWISE SWIMMING

Abstract
The article is sanctified to research of sequence of implementation of custom formalities with the selection of actions in relation to the ships of the coastwise swimming. Set characteristic signs of cabotage, namely: moving takes place between two points (by ports) of Ukraine; the both Ukrainian and foreign commodities move; moving comes true by ships, that walk under the flag of Ukraine, or foreign ships with the obligatory receipt of permission of Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine; as a rule such transportation comes true within the limits of territorial sea and internal waters of Ukraine.
