Abstract
In the article the author examines the issues of modern tendencies in determining the characteristics inherent in executive bodies. Particular attention is paid to the study of the procedure of formation of entities responsible for state regulation in the field of financial services markets, especially their legal status, status of employees of state collegial bodies.
