NEGATIVE CIRCUMSTANCES IN THE INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES RELATED TO THE STAGED CAR ACCIDENTS

Abstract
The article deals with the features of evaluation of the negative circumstances in investigation of crimes related to the staged car accident, depending on the crime, masked under the staged car accident. In the event of suspicion that there is the staged caraccident during collecting and evaluating information, the tactical means should be used, directed to secure and study the objects, processes and their mapping in order to facilitate the establishment of links between them and their traces-reflections that will allow clarifying the quality and reliability of the information’s source, as well as the probability of the information itself. Actions, aimed to collect and evaluate the information in the investigation of crimes related to the staged car accident, should prevent the criminals from destroying, concealing, masking or falsifying pieces of evidence that could testify to fact of committing of the crime that was masked under the car accident.
